Our experience with major programs with significant resources (greater than $1M US) empowers our PMs to effectively provide technical and programmatic guidance to personnel for the highest effectiveness and efficiency for critical programs. By leading the development of goals, objectives, and strategic plans we ensure program completion as scheduled, scoped, and funded. With an eye on cost-effectiveness, we evaluate our team’s performance and overall effectiveness in terms of mission accomplishment, schedules and budget, quality, quantity and environment, safety, and health standards, procedural, policy and regulatory compliance, and technical competence.
Project Management
Our Project Management team members are expert at assessing and documenting risk, schedule development and management, requirements assurance, and personnel time management. We ensure on-going communication to our clients to ensure constant awareness of status, risks, and required support to ensure completion to project schedule and budget. Our Project Managers routinely draft requirements planning documentation, risk analyses, quality assurance reviews, and are responsible for scheduling, managing, and facilitating required meetings per project schedules.
