The Beginnings
of MCM Learning
With our roots firmly planted in Detroit, Michigan, MCM incorporated in 1991 with a focus centered on auto industry suppliers by offering our video production services. Creating "video brochures" that drove business and presented our client's capabilities with dynamic creative presentations. Through close observation of our client's needs we soon realized a demand to develop measurable training presentations for our existing clients, which opened the door to creating sound instructional design development and delivery of learning programs for major Automotive OEMs including, General Motors, Chrysler, Ford Motor Company and Volkswagen/Audi of North America.

THE MCM LEARNING ADVANTAGE
Program Management
Our Program Managers are the primary point of contact (PoC) for all projects and provide advisement to our military clients. Our experience with major programs with significant resources (greater than $1M US) empowers our PMs to effectively provide technical and programmatic guidance to personnel for the highest effectiveness and efficiency for critical programs. By leading the development of goals, objectives, and strategic plans we ensure program completion as scheduled, scoped, and funded. With an eye on cost-effectiveness, we evaluate our team’s performance and overall effectiveness in terms of mission accomplishment, schedules and budget, quality, quantity and environment, safety, and health standards, procedural, policy and regulatory compliance, and technical competence.
Project Management
Our Project Management team members are expert at assessing and documenting risk, schedule development and management, requirements assurance, and personnel time management. We ensure on-going communication to our clients to ensure constant awareness of status, risks, and required support to ensure completion to project schedule and budget. Our Project Managers routinely draft requirements planning documentation, risk analyses, quality assurance reviews, and are responsible for scheduling, managing, and facilitating required meetings per project schedules. MCM utilizes traditional project management principles and tools, AGILE, as well as proprietary software to manage tasks and support the maintenance of required government management documentation.
Military
MCM has focused on serving the needs of the U.S. military, both CONUS and OCONUS, since 2010. With a combination of civilian and veteran internal personnel, we leverage industry expertise with military experience to ensure we meet or exceed our clients’ requirements.
